About NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme)

National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is one of the flagship programmes of Government of India. The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme in India is a one year programme equipping technically qualified youth with practical knowledge and skills required in their field of work. The Apprentices are imparted training by the organizations at their place of work. Trained Managers with well developed training modules ensure that Apprentices learn the job quickly and competently.

Salient Features of NATS

– Reimbursement claim paid quarterly to establishments by the Govt.
– Skill enhancement for a period of one year for engineering apprentices & 06-36 months for non-engineering apprentices.
– Monthly stipend paid by employer and central govt. in equal share.
– Certificate of proficiency issued by Govt. of India, equivalent to one year job experience.
– For general streams, students should not have completed five years after passing the qualifying examination.
– Establishments can engage apprentices in a bandwidth of 20% of its total manpower.
– Graduation/Diploma to be completed max 5 years (from current year).

INTRODUCTION

One of the goals of the Sumitra Multi Services PVT LTD is to forge solidarity and unity in the region by building a common identity that supports greater understanding and mutual respect among the peoples of the Sumitra Multi Services PVT LTD region. The Blueprint has effectively guided the culture sector’s initiatives, which “are deemed highly relevant in achieving the strategic objective of creating a sense of belonging, of consolidating unity in diversity, and of deepening mutual understanding among the Sumitra Multi Services PVT LTD member.
Sumitra Multi Services PVT LTD is going to organize a well cultural program (i.e. HAMARI SANSKIRITI HAMARI PAHCHAN).this program would be conducted from block to the state level by arranging program among locals about cultural heritage.

OBJECTIVES

The overarching objective of the Strategic Plan for Culture is to mindset and facilitate intercultural dialogue among the peoples of Sumitra Multi Services PVT LTD through the engagement of various stakeholders in raising awareness on, and appreciation for, the histories, cultures, arts, traditions and values of the region. In addition, the Strategic Plan aims to engender among its peoples a sense of ownership of the preservation and conservation of Sumitra Multi Services PVT LTD cultural heritage and promote the use of culture for creativity, innovation and livelihood creation. Through the Strategic Plan for Culture, culture will also be brought to the fore of building Sumitra Multi Services PVT LTD community that is a global partner in the pursuit of inclusive and sustainable development.
